Rio Fresh is leader in the manufacture and sale of 100% juices in Czech Republic and Slovak. The company McCarther, a. s. which own this product is also successful exporter to foreign countries. They export approximately 50 % of their production. We decided to entry a new market with our 100% fresh juices. We consider a lot of countries from BRICS group and after all researches and aspects we chose Mexico.
Mexico market brings us not only demand for this type of fresh juices but also re-sources to make product directly in Mexico, because this country is rich on fruits. To consider situation on Mexico market we firstly did PEST analysis, which provides us summary of political, economic, social and technological aspects of the country. Than we concentrate on competition in Mexico if it is even possible to introduce a new product on the market and how should we differentiate our product.
