We have prepared presentation about chemist and especially about situations which are for ordinary day in chemist typical.
First I could say you something about chemist.
It is usually a complex of many rooms with special function. Even room has own function and together is chemist (and so pharmacy) very important part of health service in the whole world. People get their medicaments and pharmaceuticals there, which have to protect or return their health.
There is usually laboratory, store, dispensary, in the Czech Republic called oficína, then office and for example room for sterilization and sanitary processes.
Laboratory is equipped with a variety of apparatus, devices and amenities. There is usually a working table or bench with a sink and running water, gas and electricity mains. Pharmacists and assistants prepare ointments, drops, liniments, creams, pastes, solutions, tablets and so on there. Eye drops are very difficult for its preparation and this preparation has strict rules as necessity of sterility and it is usually doing in laminar box. It can make only pharmacist.
Store is small or big room with shelves and fridges, where every medicaments and assortment of chemist is stored. There must be continual temperature and temper (vlhkost) for validity of qualities.
Office is room especially for leadership of chemist or administrative employers who have to do accounting (účetnictví) or other activities. There can be store of documentation of many activities in chemist.
Room for sterilization is small room with sterilizing box, which ensures sterility of medicine bottles, laboratory tools and for example jackets. There is usually a book of sterilization, where orderlies must write down even sterilization and their conditions.
A day room means room for employers of chemist, where tables and chairs are. And employers have lunch or pause there. It is only part of chemist, where could people eat.
